Booking & Cancellation Policy *

By confirming a booking with Axel Ejsmont, the following terms apply: - After your booking, Axel will contact you to set a binding appointment date and agree on the price of your tattoo. - The final design of your tattoo will be decided together on the day of your appointment. - All appointments are binding agreements. A cancellation or no-show results in a 50% cancellation fee of the agreed tattoo price. - Rescheduling is possible at no cost, provided that a new date is agreed upon. Why this policy? Tattoo sessions require dedicated preparation, reserved studio time, and prevent other bookings during that slot. This policy protects the artist from lost working time and ensures fairness for all clients.
